The food control process starts from developing health standards and specifications upon which materials and food is received from the suppliers and checking all the materials received carefully.

Then comes the control over storage and transport and the compliance with the latest techniques of food safety.

The next phase is the control over production, processing and operation in every phase from production centers to restaurants operation.

We do not depend on the internal control only, but we also contract with major international companies that work in the field of food safety control who continuously furnish us with periodical reports and practical solutions for any problem in such field.

We do all this to assure providing our customers with healthy and safe food with the special taste of all our products.

Transport Fleet:
The Company has a fully equipped fleet of vehicles to transport chilled and frozen food from the production centers to the restaurants and to transport the raw materials and operating requirements from stores to the restaurants.

Ongoing Training

Before an employee is hired, he undergoes 18 hours of theoretical and practical training in the restaurants, after that he spends 90 hours training throughout the year on practical, operational and administrative aspects according to his job.
Such continuous training standardizes operation methods, improves performance and creates work environment based on teamwork among all the staff.
